Jesus Dude, your playing is absolutely impeccable, but your tones are among some of the best I've ever heard. You need to become an engineer for drummers. So many well paid engineers are horrible at getting decent tones. Obviously your set is on point, but jesus man, the sound and tone along with your technique blows me away.

@kennethsantanaguitar Hey man! I don't actually use a ride cymbal. That cymbal I am always crashing is a 2002 Paiste Wild Crash. I usually use that for my "ride". I just can't afford one. And if I do end up having enough money to buy one, it usually gets spent towards something else that I really need or want... haha!

@shakunkadunk Hey man! Thanks a lot! I am using the Vic Firth stereo isolation headphones (Sih1). I totally recommend them for live! I have usually had one ear open so I can hear my kit. They do a really good job of isolating, but I like to hear my kit in person too. In fact, in many of my videos I usually have my right ear slightly exposed so I can hear my kit!

Sick cover and question about Evans Hybrid Snare Head i first saw the Hybrid in late 2006ish as prototype when did they start manufacturing the head (if you know) plus is it good for lower tunings ? thanks keep the videos fresh :D all the best

@jobencore haha! Hey! Normally, I use an 18" China Nova (Paiste) on the bottom and some for of 16" crash on top (I usually stick with lighter crashes or brilliant finishes). My Nova started to crack REALLY bad, so I started using a 17" K custom china underneath of the Sabian crash I am using in the video! They both fit on the stand pretty easily. The nova fits best because of its weird shaped bell! Hope this helped!
