The camera is a Canon DC210. I bought it specifically for this project. It records on mini DVD disks and does a decent job ESPECIALLY if you use a tripod.
My only crank is that there is no provision for getting videos to the computer other than via finalized DVD disks. These disks arn't cheap and I hate to finalize them until they are full. I have on order a Pinnacle Studio MovieBoard card (about $75) which allows the RCA connection from the camera to the computer.
