The courtcase was with a single judge for money (they don't use a jury in those cases). The Judge ruled that while Fox News CLEARLY LIED; that it was not technically illegal to lie on the news. The courtcase was with a single judge for money (they don't use a jury in those cases). The Judge ruled that while Fox News CLEARLY LIED; that it was not technically illegal to lie on the news.
