This is a dangerous rail corridor with so many Amtrak and MARC trains in the area. As such, there are no railroad crossings at grade and everything is either bridge or underpass on the Northeast Corridor.

Crossing the Northeast Corridor tracks at a place where you are not supposed to be is not only trespassing, it can be deadly. As Operation Lifesaver says: Stay Off! Stay Away! Stay Alive!

They got caught between two trains going different directions. If you are on railroad property, without an escort, and without permission to enter the right of way, you are no different from the "regular" tresspasser. I've had to respond to too many incidents. It's all the same.
