and what does talking about dignity in the davos debates have to do with "the power of norway"? It's not like he's threatening to start a war.

Norway is the largest single investor in stock markets in the world. Norway has the 3rd largest oil reserves in the world. World renowned within peace keeping. Has steadily fought politically against powerful nations like Russia (and treatied with them). One of the key nations in forming NATO, and today strong allies with the USA and UK.
