  • Ty for this info. I am trying to educate myself as I have osteo in my knees and synvisc, physical therapy, and 800mg of Ibuprofen did not work. But, swimming, personal training, weight lifting have helped.

  • does the cartilage regenerate after it has been cut out?

  • @thestraydogs12 no ive had 2 arthroscopes it will not regenerate. if it keeps tearing you keep having arthroscopes until a knee replacement later in life.
