  • fucking drug dealing ape

  • WoW! Lady P, she cared more about the issues than she did about her own safety! A proper lady. if I met her I would like to shake her hand and give her a big hug.

  • dont forget palestine 7:20

  • She's a dj? Isnt she like 78 years old?

  • I should expect the Queen to be honouring Lady P this year. If her Queen and country don't give her no recognition, then this country is off it's tits and she aint 'really' getting any respect! Celebrities get MBE's etc but I dont see them tacklin the rioters!

  • @soulandmotown I have an idea: Celebrity Riot Shields (!)

I think this could be a chance to put them to good use for a change... XD

  • legend

  • 0:01 #ILLUMINATI

  • good on her, she knew she wouldn't stand a chance with her disability but she went ahead and stood up to them anyway, more then the police did!!

on a side note did anyone notice how she got more and more african during the interview? lol

  • @DJSyKoh

She got very passionate making that speech at the end, and when people get passionate about something they don't care as much about ''correct'' speech patterns, and in her case it meant that her accent got thick and unrefined.

  • @Stockiex02 yea i understand accents change, but putting on an accent? shes obviously a British born lady but gets jamaican toward the end. It's just a bit strange

  • @Drgamedood What on earth does Christopher Hitchens go to do with the riots?

  • Boring...

  • I'm seriously troubled as to who the fuck is the ONE person who dislikes this????????????

  • gwan lady p!

  • Christopher also.

  • This lady is a legend

  • @FairyNoj I'm sorry but u have to ask? How old are you? Only because you speak as though everything works out fair and right and don't seem to notice how messy and unfair life is a majority of the time. You can be a good person but to expect everyone to do what you would think is right is pretty naive :(

  • @DrGamedood Sorry for the double post but also I heard a bit of slang as well (not talking about bad grammar in this comment). I won't bother pointing those out too, I'll let you listen harder this time. Just wanted to point out how racist you sound. I'm a US citizen, been to england couple of times and watch a ton of UK film/tv vs. a lot of "dumbed down" tv/news in US media. Maybe one day you'll learn about the effects of propaganda and poor education effects.

  • @DrGamedood I don't think you are used to hearing less educated people talk outside the US (grammar wise, not that they're not a wise and smart pair). Pick up how they pronounce some things? They say "wif vs. with, teef vs. thief, "me here bout u," and tings vs. things...) Being black has NOTHING to do with how one speaks. Heard any US white southerners or white UK cockney? You are extremely ignorant about education. You tube some Richard Dawkins if you want to compare what real English sounds

  • @DrGamedood I don't think you are used to hearing less educated people talk in areas other than the US (grammar wise, not that they're not a wise and smart pair). Can you seriously not pick up how they pronounce some things? they say "wif vs. with, teef vs. thief, "me here bout u," and tings vs. things) Being black has NOTHING to do with how one speaks. Heard any US white southerners or white UK cockney? You are extremely ignorant about education. you tube some Richard Dawkins if you want to co

  • Way to tell it, Lady P! You're making sense; keep speaking out!!

  • Top Lady - run for office (get Diane Abbott out, you much better)

  • this is the First video i have seen about the riots/unrest/looting that addresses the issues intelligently. if anyone could have been expected to offer a kneejerk reaction it would have been someone caught up in the aftermath and terrified for their safety. Instead, she has spoken from the heart, but guided by intellect. amazing woman. bravo.

  • Reg Lizz II should make her a Dame.

  • This woman is a true hero. represent.

  • You say it lady! Fight for your rights, but do it the right way!

    Respect!

  • Wow, black people in the U.K. speak using proper grammar and no slang. Why can't american blacks do the same?

  • Christopher Hitchens sent me here.

  • @Drgamedood Where from?! I can't find the vid of hitchens where he mentions this..

  • @pacmandem It's in a post he did for a news article.

  • @Drgamedood what did he say? is there somewhere I could read it??

  • @pacmandem name of the article Christopher Hitchens: The English tradition of gratuitous violence

  • brilliant, check out the remix of her legendary speech

  • fuck off back to watford u midle class swatzer bumber clart

  • @SHARPYUSA trolling dickhead. crawl back under your rock. you are as pathetic and screwed in the head as the people who did the looting. extremist crap like yours doesn't help a damn.

  • if a malaysian kid can get up to 20 grand raised for himself after gettin robbed in broad daylight and had his jaw broken and then get vip treatment then this lady deserves a mbe........

  • woop woop @lady P

  • @xxlollypoppopsxx babe this woman is the first person out of everywhere that actually stood up to these mindless and senseless people....u say to me usually if i ever stood up against people and had my say i would probably get beaten but this lady p goes to show how the public should stnd up to thugs when it comes to your hometown .....

  • Respond to this video... why cant these people who riot go and riot elswhere such as places that are derilict then maybe by smashing up things and burning things will be a positive thing and they dont need demolishers then do they

  • this lad is dreadful! Bless em though!

  • @tuxy56 he did a good job

  • The black youths just wanted the mobile phone, sickening trying to dress it up she is a decent woman - thank god for her...

  • Pauline Pearce true inspiration......keep up what you're doing because we need people like you.

  • Lady P, I love your courage and your strength. We need more lovely people like you in the world. Peace and love to you xxx

  • i love this woman! nuff respect to her!

  • shes my godmother ;D xx

  • She's right! I'm a middle-class white boy from a quiet neibourhood and I'm so inspired by this woman, I just hope she has the same effect on the people in her area that were responsible for this.

  • Feisty Pauline Pearce yeah

  • Does anyone know how I can get in touch with this lady? Im doing a project on the unsung heroes of the riots and would like to speak to her if she aint too busy!

  • Big_Up to Lady-P from the whole of Cardiff !!!

Please come to Tiger-Bay, Cardiff !!!

  • Thank you for this clip...this lady spoke my mind & it feels so good to hear a black voice speaking loud against this sick riot. She is not alone. If you want to be intimidating do it in a positive way like this fearless woman because there is no way you will be defeated.

  • she's a saint, i'm sure she has earned alot of respect for doing what she did- takes real guts to do what she did!

  • She's awesome. The soundtrack is awful (beginning and end), and the interviewer doesn't have much to add, so shouldn't.

  • Check the track we have Pauline featuring on at @whoispest ... Inspirational woman.

  • g8 lady and remember black and white unite

  • Hang on - just to confirm - she's the one that was screaming "Get it real , black people, get real" ? - if so, she's a legend xD

  • the amount of respect have for this woman :)

  • if they are just sitting angry in prison not learning from mistakes just meeting more criminals pretending to be gangsters with no emotions or care will only lead to more destructive thinking and actions?

  • Could they make all the criminals do community clean up. They fix with their own money and clean it up with their own hands and working hard to fix the mess they made, have a big stern person keeping an eye on them all and they have to clean up the community so they the offenders can see for themselves and be ashamed of the damage and want for a better future, cleaning up the shops they looted, bringing back the stolen goods, and apologising to the shop keepers and community,

  • Hi really good interview what i heard anyway very influential tough woman, I am quite deaf though so had to listen many times and lipread please could you put some subtitles on here or on an alternative video with subtitles because youtube captions setting doesn't work properly. Sorry this request might be a bit demanding, keep up the good work more interviews like this.

  • real black people. Nice
