@hanon4life Just because Kabuto resurrected them doesn't mean that they're actually ALIVE. They act as if they are, but really, they're still dead. Once the jutsu is lift off of them or they are destroyed, they'll just turn into ash. I'm pretty sure people who are actually alive don't do that.

I mean, remember when Orochimaru fought the Third Hokage? He brought the first and second Hokage back from the grave, but they're still technically DEAD. This isn't Dragon Ball Z, man. xD

Kabuto uses his and other's chakras to supply a life source to each person who has all their abilities and memories but the seal forces them to do Kabuto's bidding. saying because they turn to ash when the jutsu is released means that they're dead is like saying when someone turns ash when going through an incenerator was never alive. they can break free from the jutsu like Sasori
