  • God that things just stunning!

  • this storm killed my parents neighbors (2) first tornado related deaths in Beaver Co in 50 years.

  • So my neighbor bnvn1 finally told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over 8 inches taller! So he followed the program over at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com and increased over 15 inches in his vertical leap!

  • wow did that hit that house

  • when i turn 18, im movin to oklahoma. sure, we get some tornadoes in connecticut, but they are almost always rainwrapped, small, and brief. the only good tornado i seen was shot from 100 yards away from some guy at a gas station using those old crappy cell phone cameras. i swear, when i get my drivers license, im gonna probably be the first connecticut storm chaser. i already got a head start. filmed a nice thunderstorm that ended up destroying a mobile home park with bad straight line winds

  • why r u heading towords it?

  • Ha Ha Ha........ BEAVER!!!!!!!!!.....Ha Ha

  • thats so huge!

  • that is huuugge!!!

  • omg the 2 tornadoes are mating!!! ahahha

  • Deadly Beaver sounds like my kind of town

  • Excellent footage ! Multiple vortices, probably an F4 or F5...what a beast..

  • It's a BIG tornado

  • That's quite a monster, indeed...

  • Good video!

  • holy shit, look at this damn fucking huge thing

  • Nice multi-vortex tornado.

  • A multi-funnel "coffee grinder"

    Very small, fine debris...

  • 2 tornadoes??

  • Wow, those twin vorteces...

  • This killed the the parents of a man serving in Iraq.

  • did it hit the house

  • Whoa,,it's a wedgee, it's a wedgee, what a couple of yuppie nerds.

  • Yuppie? Dude, he is chasing with his Teenage son.

  • oh, ok,,,,but do you think John Wayne would say something like that with his son ? (lol)

  • your name is creative critisizm.. lol!

  • ,,indeed it is, does it give you goosebumps ?

  • @CreativeCritisizm You're an idiot.

  • @CreativeCritisizm I can see by your name you are probably just a troll who has to post stupid comments on all the videos, but you know nothing about the people in this video so keep your personal remarks about them personally to yourself.

  • Beautiful storm. Thanks for sharing!

  • @CreativeCritisizm and calling them nerds via youtube makes you badass?

  • well i live in the midwest and true it is smarter to turn in the opposite direction and drive away but the reason that some people pull over and sit there is because theres no way they'll avoid it in time so they sit there, go in a ditch, and pray for the best.

  • @guitar1130 ur so true man

  • I so envy you!

  • jeez the tornado was right beside that house at the end!

  • good thing i live in maryland

  • Mayland gets tornadoes to remember La Playta?

  • They dont get much tho! LIK I LIVED IN MD my whole life and only 1 tornado!

  • Well, this one kill anybody ?

  • im pretty sure it did

  • I'd love to go storm chasing, shame I live in the UK! :-(

  • wicked! am i nuts for wondering why those cars and semi's are just strolling along like nothing is going on? lol or is that what midwest people are used to so it doesn't phase them?

  • a tornado almost killd me onee

  • were do u live????

  • yeah right!

  • After Sunday...and how it's been going in the eastern United States, I'd say us Oklahomans are in for a crazy '08 storm season...

  • Several small ones, but nothing big so far this season (as of 4/8/08). Let's hope for the best.

  • Tornados scare the heck outa me!!!!!

  • i think this year in 08 is gonna be a crazy season me and my storm buddies are ready to go who else is ready for it

  • When does the storm season technically start?

  • In the Spring time. After that, a second tornado season occurs in the fall.

  • we are pumped up an ready !!!!! i hope its a good season getting warm early so it looks good

  • same here man i just about got a new clutch in my car and it will ready to go soon im pumped up like you cant wait but i always hate to see ppl hurt though but thats y were here to save as many lives as we can

  • woooh i mind windshield wiper...its sqeaky...

  • I was born and raised in Oklahoma and I can tell that there are much bigger tornadoes than this one. Some are so dark and wide that is hard to distinguish the clouds and the tornado itself. This one is pretty common and at some point creates a satellite vortex, which is a smaller tornado that surrounds the bigger one.

Pretty cool video though for the people who are not familiar with tornadoes.

  • how do u kno they are not familiar with tornadoes,

  • not for broadcast? its broadcast every time someone plays it.

  • Broadcast generally means on television / radio stations

  • You know iv lived al my live olny been in tornado warnings... rember the HUGE Funnel cloud over chacigo that never touched? probly cuz of river. but iv never seen one in my intire life

  • Hey, that funnel cloud DID touch down, right at the lakefront and over the water right past Loyola University. Type it in on youtube, Loyola tornado.

  • impressive!

  • if thats a house next to the tornado at the end......then its screwed

  • ya so do i me and my dad see them on the road somtimes trying to get home in tornado seoson i love oklahoma

  • Yeah I live in norman too lol. I have no problem with no tornados although i do go out and chase them sometimes

  • Makes me happy I live in Norman, it's been about 100 years since our last Tornado. Living in a bason has it's perks.

  • DALR + SALR=TORNADO

  • I remember that night, we had to take cover, but it died down before it hit us

  • LOL Ya I have been around a few deadly beavers in my day, but this wedge takes the cake..........

  • omfg it cool

  • LOL "Look it's like a V-Shape..."

    haha cool

  • That's amazing.

I wish I had been there.

  • WOW

  • That is one deadly beaver.

  • Angelica, it's Beaver Oklahoma, that's why, you dumbass.

  • SWEET MAMA OF MERCY! IT'S A WEDGE! F5, too. I would've freaked.

  • wow. that is 1 large tornado.

  • why the hell did you name it deadly beaver? ya dumbass

  • Because it occurred outside of the City of Beaver in Beaver County, Oklahoma.

  • They usually do it from doppler relay readings. At least, thats how I think they do it much of the time.

  • that's hot!

  • we are check the internet and then are we going drive to a place where he comes and we are glisten good to the sounds from the sirens

  • oh my god!!!! its nicley f5 tornado. this guys are not foolish they are great tornado hunters :)

  • Dont be calling people dickheads on here! These videos offer the best education for future spotters you moron!

  • lol i seen that tornado in real life it was crazy i ran.....

  • Um...how about heading the OPPOSITE directon of the deadly whirlwind. ><

  • tornadoes arent dangerous unless your in the path of one

  • No, in that way, they can't get good footage of the beautiful force of nature. Some people know what they are doing and they enjoy the adrenaline of doing stuff like that.

  • Well, like I said, I can't understand how they would enjoy that. Nature is great and all, but it scares me sometimes.

  • Well, sometimes life doesn't come out safe and normal for all people. As long as there are places to experience the unnatural, there will always be people around to take those chances, ya know?

  • *sighs* I suppose. *throws hands in air and steps back* But I'm not one of those people. ^^

  • I am. I absolutely enjoy the magnificence of a force of nature like that. I would give my current life right now at this second to be with them and to join such an occasion.

  • Do what you think is best for your life.

  • Yeaaah, and right now, staying as far away from deadly whirlwinds is what's best. ~Inches away and hides behind a rock~

  • Lilbabiigrl, I wonder the same thing too. I can't understand how anyone can live in tornado alley, Or anyplace that gets tornadoes so frequently. I guess its only a few months out of the year, so thats good to know. Thank God I live in Chicago.

  • great video

  • its probs an F5

  • it was a 3

  • That is amazingly huge What was it rated EF?

  • hholy shit lol that looks like what took my house in muscatine

  • I have no disrespect for anyone who is out in a storm to help others. Those who are doing legit research have nothing but my respect and gratitude for the information they are adding to the knowledge base but I do disrespect people who go out to see if they can "Beat the storm," tourists who pay money to get pictures of themselves with a funnel cloud in the background, and the idiots who feel that going to "make out and screw" in the middle of a tornado really strike me as Darwinian defects.

  • woah!

  • lmao see the lorry at 1:03

    the fuckers got it floord

  • Rofl... not a snowballs chance in hell that a car can move faster than a tornado... and what's more dangerous is that the tornado can suddenly change directions... storm chasers are pretty brave xD

  • incase you didnt know, cars can move a hell of a lot faster! LOL

  • Stormchasers come in a lot of varieties. The idiots who chase simply because they can enjoy an adrenaline rush, the idiots who chase because it is something "Cool" to do, and various other forms of idiots.

The people I respect are the people who sit and "weather spot" with ham radios working to help the National Weather Service save lives.

  • no doubt that's a f-5

  • wow i would never ride along w/storm chasers that stuff 2 dangerous

  • ^_^ it says it's pirated - the video, I mean (look carefully at the top half > it's got words that aren't erased very well. nice tornado shots, otherwise. I'd hate to be that gas trucker, though

  • Hahaha, I can just see (barely, but I have a flat screen LCD so if I'm in the right spot, the letters are darker than the clouds are, but I can't see what it says. All I see is "(unreadable words)..., if you see this video on the air, this video was pirated by this TV Network."

  • Oh wow... Tornadoes are so fascinating!! I'm in awe...

  • If god sends tornadoes to punish sinners....why is it that the majority of tornadoes form over the Bible Belt? Just a question....

  • Whatever.

  • No, I wouldn't.

  • Made me want to masterbate!

  • We saw see what the future holds. More storms and disasters at the hand of God. When will you learn? The wages of sin are death. God will exact a high price. Are you ready? Or, will you be left behind?

  • Wages...? What if I don't want to stick around for Pay Day???

  • why does the loud dickhead have to be such a loud dickhead?

  • Because he's a loud dickhead, lol

  • Tornados are proof of God's existence. He sends them to punish sinners.

  • you are dumber than a bag of hammers.

  • What type of music does a bag of hammers listen to........? Rap music......Well i don't think i really nailed that joke.

  • Boy am I glad that there is at least one place that tornadoes don't hit and that is a relief.I hear that they never hit mobile home parks. Whew and i thought i might be in some small danger. Well those reports put my mind at rest. You should all buy one as well and definitely rent it out. Mayby to the inlaws or neighbors that you like so much that you can't think of life without them. Yeah they would probably love to rent. Hey, mayby I could get a commmision for telling you this good news, ok??

  • they can hit mobile home parks. be careful what you listen to, a friend of mine was hurt in a mobile home park during a tornado, don't want it to happen to anyone else...

  • Yea, right... whatever.. Then Washington D.C. should have been wiped from the planet years ago by twisters. Mother nature is more the cause of tornado's

  • God does not make tornados. There is no God.

  • This Tornado didn't seem to hurt anybody did it? ;)

  • He allows them to happen because He needs to remind us that we are *not* in control, idiot. Jeez...Are you a "700 Club" junkie???

  • Magnificent, congratulations on scoping that monster. And thanks for posting.

  • Awesome! My jaw fell a foot just seeing the start of it!

  • PWND!

  • Amazing video.

  • awesome vid!!, at what time was it?

  • never ever judge a tornado by size. the pnly hint is how violntly it sucks up . and f5's are rare and require an amazingly organized HUUGE supercell i dont wanna sound liek an ass for smaking ur comment down but i thought ud liek to know

  • defently an F5

  • that...is...HUGE

  • i live in miami and theres no tornadoes here but im scared

  • tornados are awesome but at the same time.. very scary. One time last year it was really windy and I went to the backyard to look and when I looked over towards my aunts house, I saw this huge white tornado in their front yard, but it was only the white dust from the gravel road. scared the shit outta me

  • multiple vortex tornado nearly got my friends house and the two people that were killed were his neighbors

  • wow. it is so eerily silent

  • jesus tornados are just absolutly terrifying

  • Krystal, on March 28th it was not ONE storm that produced 65 tornadoes. March 28th was what is considered an "Outbreak" day where a widespread area (that usually covers muliple states) is affected by tornadic storms. There was severe weather from TX to the Canadian border that evening.

  • wow u can tell thats a violent tornado just based on size and length great footage to nice and clear

  • yikes

  • Not sure if it was this storm or not, but it was one during the three day stretch of tornadic storms, and it spawned 65 tornadoes in one day over the Texas Panhandle..

  • actually, 40 in a day is not all that uncommon... but America is REALLY BIG, so many of them don't damage much of anything thankfully.

  • During the same three day stretch one storm spawned 65 tornadoes in one day over the Texas Panhandle.. might even have been this one, I'm not sure..there were so many days of storms!

  • Was this the Mile Wide that cell put down? Thats amazing.

  • Wow great footage guys! Sad to hear about the 2 deaths. =(

  • I also live in Norman, and attend OU. I was out chasing with a couple of other guys on that day as well. We weren't on that storm though. We were on the Briscoe County, TX tornado, in the Panhandle, and then followed that storm all the way up to I-40.

  • Wowzerz, that thing was FAST!

  • We live in Norman, no tornado, but the sirens went off and scared my kids half to death. awesome footage

  • we've had an awful week, a few of my friends homes were nearly hit by the tornado in Piedmont on thursday, i just hope we don't have many more torndadoes this year.

  • we've had a bad week , 3 straight days of tornadoes

  • Very good video. I live in Oklahoma City and we had a tornado a little west of us on the 29th. Tornado season is very exciting but scary too. They are interesting to watch as long as they don't come too close.

  • Hey, nice video!! It's hard to believe I was a little over 7 miles from that!! I live in Forgan which is 7 miles from Beaver...I had no idea it was that big!!!

  • Really! I live in Enid.

  • Thanks guys! Great reporting, if you're interested in citizen journalism, this would be powerful if embedded at iCommunity:TV. Keep up the good work...

  • yes but too many people use the embedded video feature to make money off ad sales with free content.

  • That was a whopper. Glad it was in open space. Some were not.

  • Great Video guys! Thanks!!!

  • I admire the bravery of chasers like you. Chasing twisters is something I've wanted to do for years, but because I live in Virginia, I don't have many tornados to chase. :)

  • that was amazing!

  • Wow, that was great how it went from a wedge too a multi vortex then back to a wedge. Great good guys!

  • wow that's scary

  • well tornado season allready started ?

65 tornadoes for that 28th day of march !

  • great chase! congrats
