this was the alphabet before the war, cause i was born in saigon and we learned a different one. but this was the alphabet that my parents learned when they go to school

I know it may sound different because of the dialect. But yes this is the northern dialect. And it is exactly how we learned the alphabet when i was taking a Native speaking Vietnamese class at my college.
