Scramblerluver: i kept in for protection, that already is much better than stock, u leave the black air box in so that one u hit a puddle or drive in the rain the water dont come shootin up through the engine bay and soak the filter, wet filter=blown motor....it was the smart thing to do

once summer comes haha, its red, got a 2.5inch cowl hood, roll pan, wing, hard cover with airbrush done up in newyork, flowmaster but im chinging it cuz my (this truck) sounds better than the V8 in the r/t..just got my exhaust cut out and getting a chip soon, 300hp on its way :)

Honestly unless you run a whole tank of gas on the highway non-stop it wont make shit difference, their overratted...and even than ull prob get like 10miles further over the entire tank which is shit, dont waste your money..and if u still gonna buy one lmk ill sell u the one i got on here

i have a 2000 dakota with the 3.9 and a 5 speed....has to be underrated at 175 hp, it'll chirp the tires when shifting to 3rd and ive beat many v8s

yeah im selling this truck now i got the 5.9L R/T dakota..things quick but only 250hp for a 360motor..thats way underrated, but compared to all the other model dodge trucks when u chip them they only go up 17-20hp and the rt goes up 50hp..so im getting the superchips flashpaq for the new one, be pushin 300hp

I have the same truck only a year newer. The exhaust that is on it was there when I bought it and I don't know what type it is but it sounds almost as nice as yours. Mine has the same problem sounds like so stupid fart cans when it revs..

i started out with a 2wd v6 dakota now i have a lifted 4x4 stroked v8. BTW the throttle body spacer is worthless. Id sell it on ebay and buy a case of beer.
