  • i can do 100 push ups like that, and i wont feel any burn, and there is no improvement in muscle mass. and the way that he just showed you isn't right, as you can see that his back is bent in, and it will strain you.

  • if you can't do them all the way(which u should be able to) just put the weight on your knees instead of your feet and keep building up till u can do a full one.

  • @2010MissCooper gradually add more sets and repetitions into your daily workout and you'll feel and see a difference.

  • This is a kind of a basic push up.Otherwise it's hard to speak about the ''right'' way coz there are so many variations and each targets different muscle groups in a slightly different way.And they're all ''right''.

  • it does look wrong. you don't lock your arms in the starting position of a push up. this may cause a serious injury on your joints.

  • Start on your knees, back straight; don't bend the hips, keep arms straight. Go to the floor stopping about six inches, come back to start, keep back straight. Do as many of those as you can, but do three sets resting 3 min. in between sets. If you can't do one in this position your SOL.

  • @Clumsy786Comedian: Well first things first, are you fat or overweight? thats the first thing you have to notice. If you are fat don't start doing push-ups beacause you still have fat in your system so, you have to start doing other things like running, juming and skiproping to lose weight then try do the muscles because if you do it the other way around your not going to see an improvement and you are gonna get frustrated!!

  • doesn't your chin or nose need to touch the floor??  this guy had his head eight inches off the floor when he was at the bottom of his push up. I'm not expert, but I do not think that is correct.

  • this dudes chest touches the ground far before his chin, but technically with us when our chest touches our chin will be really close so i guess they kinda did it right

  • No offense, but that guy in the green couldn't keep a neutral spine through one push-up. He had anterior tilt in the start and a HUGE sag as soon as he started to move. You really need to shore-up your core stability and probably loosen up your hip flexors too.
