this dudes chest touches the ground far before his chin, but technically with us when our chest touches our chin will be really close so i guess they kinda did it right
No offense, but that guy in the green couldn't keep a neutral spine through one push-up. He had anterior tilt in the start and a HUGE sag as soon as he started to move. You really need to shore-up your core stability and probably loosen up your hip flexors too.
