I just love this man. After seeing him in 1957 at an auto show in Washington, D.C., I begged to play the clarinet and started in second grade. I still play today and am happy to say I focus on his tunes and licks. I find them fascinating and technically very challenging. I am hoping to go the see him in Bay St. Louis before he quits playing. God bless you , Pete, and thanks for the inspiration.
