  • Prisoners do Burpees

  • these are beginner burpee's there quite good, the intermediate burpee with the jump then advance with the push up included so it is a form of burpee so people leave her alone shes done a good job here, its called progression

  • @mcrolla102 The problem with this video is that she starts off by saying this is a burpee exercise but does not explain that it's not a complete burpee. It could be misleading...although I'm guessing most people are smart enough to figure out that a REAL burpee includes the jumping and the complete pushup phase.

  • thx

  • I WOULD SQUAT THRUST HER.

  • These are Squat Thrusts NOT Burpees. Burpees require a push-up and a jump at the end

  • I kept waiting to see the push up and the jump... where I come from that exercise was called a SQUAT THRUST!! note to expertvillage: FAIL!

  • .........?

helo?! Were is the push up and the jump?

Thats not a burpee it's a squat thrust!

  • this is an African burpee

  • how dare you to call this a burpee?

  • its not a true burpee unless you finish with a roundhouse kick to someone's face! you guys are ridiculous

  • AAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • Yep, that's just a squat thrust. It's not a burpee without the leap.

  • your suppose to jump vertical straight up and not just stand up

  • I'm not sure where the trainers on Expert Village get their info, but the majority of their videos are scaringly off the mark.

  • Langdon04 said it correct. You drop down do a push up, kick your legs back in towards your hands when coming out of the push up, stand up and jump throwing your hands up and making your hands clap above your head. . That is a true Burpee

  • im gonna do 100 yayyyyy

  • a burpee has a pushup at the bottom and sometimes a vertical jump at the top

  • She forgot to add the pushup because that is a correct "Burpee"

  • Yup that is not a burpee without a push up and some rocking chairs

  • And the pull up, lol.

  • Yeah I don't know what the hell this vid is about LOL

  • I think this exercise call "Squat Thrust"

    Burpee is different than that

  • i wanna try this but i know i will probably screw my back up even more by the way how does this help the arms

  • your suppose to toss in a push up after kicking out your legs, thats how it helps out the arms.

  • nice ass

  • JUMP JUMP

  • uglyy

  • buncha meatheads

  • She is fit !!

  • not burpee...

  • I think those are Squat Thrusts!

  • the burpee i know is a push up + a squat thrust + a jump bringing your knees to your chest. But its good to start off with something easy. TRY doing this 100 reps in 10 minutes or less.

  • lol she got that little ass pony tail

  • that-is-a-squat-thrust

  • yep

  • I watched this like 3 times because of that chick's booty

    aw yeah

  • thats a squat thrust

  • same thing, different names

  • nah bro, a burpee is when you jump from squatting position. these are squat thrusts

  • when I was in the army we had to do a press up each time too. they were 6 count, as opposed to the 4 count you see here.

  • Damn, what an ass! I like.

    Nice exercise too.

  • these are extra cool if you do them under a pull-up bar and jump into a pull-up.

  • Yeah you need to do a jump at the end of that stand. You don't have to do a push up but you can for a variation.

  • A true burpee includes a pushup and a jump.

  • those r called superburpess

  • Depends who you speak to, there's no one standard. But to me, those are squat-thrusts, a squat-thrust with a press-up and a jump is a burpee, and a thrust with a press-up is a burp.

But no matter, a squat-thrust is a great conditioning exercise that can really burn calories.

  • you're wrong, a true burpee is done under a bar, so you end the jump with a pull up

  • no matter how you do your burpees, they do a body good... nice butt on that chick!!

  • too fully appreciate a so called "burpee"...I hate the description "burpee"...squat thrust is more more better of a description...due the pyramid method'...start with ten "squat thrusts"...and go all the way up to 20 by counting in multiples of two'...like 2,4,6,8,....20, and back down to 10...try it for two weeks and the weight will come off guaranteed'...

  • I need to get in shape.

    haha

    thanks.

  • watch your knees when you drop completely down to your heels'...I advocate simply keeping your butt up as high as possible and slightly bend your knees upward at the end of your rep...

  • doesnt a full burpee include the push up?
