Uh, you're missing the D7 Chord in there for the "do you remember when" part, and the chorus uses D7 as well, not D. And you missed the G before the Em.

I agree Cmaj would be easier, and it sounds better too, otherwise, its fine ( tip: dont put so much overdrive our your amp, its easier to hear what you are playing
