I do agree to an extent, Jake isnt at blame for all the defense was letting Arizona scoreon us and we didnt use Stewart and Williams much on offense either but Jake did have alot of fault and blame on him i mean come on, 5 interceptions in 1 game thats just pathetic

well panthers gave up there first round draft pick witch sucks but it was worth it. i dont think we can hope for 2010 as much as i want to. jake did horrible and he new it. maybe 2012 well be our year :(

yeah hopefully last night Julius Peppers who is looking for a new contract said that its not about the money its about the hapiness which isnt completely there and if we do bad next season hopefully we can get Tim Tebow in the 2010 Draft and get Delhomme out

That Giants loss demoralized us. We got lazy in the Saints game and were lucky we won. Our play calling tonight was crap. 7 drives in the first half, first two started with runs, next five with passes. We run the ball, pass on third, maybe throw a play action on 1st here and there. Williams and Stewart had 15 rush attempts all game, the Cardinals had 43. Thats a little skewed cuz of the 2nd half deficit, but still, 15 attempts?

We didn't have 2 consecutive run plays after the 2nd drive of the game. And the INT's? Three were intended for Smith and the other two toward Muhammad. Where was the team from the Monday Night game vs Tampa Bay that ran for 300? Tampa's D is better than Arizona's. Arizona stuffed the run on the 2nd drive of the game, then we abandoned it because the game was tied. The play calling put the ball in Delhommes hands too much. He had his worst game ever in his 2nd most important game ever.

yeah delhomme has alot of blame here weather is some and they couldnt get the job done today they should have gave the running backs more carries especially johnathan stewart since how he seemed to do good in the begining but everything went downhill when dellhome started throwin the Int's but this loss will be one that will be tough to get over for a long time

It's disappointing cuz I thought this was our year. This is the first season in a while where we had little to no injuries. Our running game was solid and got better as the season went on. Defense stepped up when it needed to sans the Giants game. Our weaknesses are our pass defense and Jake Delhomme. He can make a play like he did in San Diego or cost you the game like tonight. He isn't consistent. But he's all we got right now. His time is coming.

Here's what I envision to happen. We need to draft db's this year. Next season we end up around 7-9 again, finish 3rd in the division, maybe have a couple key injuries, probably in the O-line or rb spot. Fox is fired following the season. We hire Bill Cowher and new O/D coordinators. draft a qb first round, and Tim Tebow early 2nd, sooner than anyone else would. We then have the running game, 2 qb's, db's and sans injury, probably only a year away from a title in 2011/2012.

yep i thought this was our year alot of ppl in Charlotte were dissapointed over the way the Panthers played but we do need to get better in the db position another qb better coordinators and Fox better hope we do good next season and Delhomme better watch his back or he is out he has alot of good games and then some bad ones tonite was just awful but we need to stop the turnovers on offence and start tackling better on defence
