  • I hate to admit it...I liked this song when it came out, and that's a tough thing for a guy to admit. I think I was about 12. Music was so different back then. The voice, instruments and melody carried the songs, not the theatrics.

  • I don't think you could see paint between the posters and tiger beat articles. I had 2 of each album except dadorunrun in which I had 4 copies I got for my birthday. I remember a friend of mine was deep into parker stevens and we made a pact that we were saving ourselves for our hardy boys. Funny now because like they those two ever would know we existed and were much older than us and how just watching this made me think about that and wonder where that friend is now. LOL

  • always loved this b-side! anyone know where i can buy it???

  • I still remember all the words :-)

  • who remembers tiger beat magazine buying them to get poster then plaster yr room !

  • @suecheeta41: LOL. I was only 7 back then...it was my MOM who actually bought Tiger Beat for me and then stuck Shaun's poster in my room...thereby bringing in puberty waaaay too early! LOL

  • I still remember the words to this song,,,OMGGGGG,,,

  • Shaun is the greatest!

  • Shaun is so hot, then and now!!!

  • GREAT SONG AND SINGER

  • I LUV IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • sounds like you held a mic up to a record player. If you still have the record, you would get a better recording using a USB type record player quite possibly.

  • Oh, how i LOOOVE this song! It makes me sooo happy, and it always gets me in a great mood! 0:34 to 0:58 the best!!!:) There will NEVER be a more innocent time than that era...Agree?:)

  • @lauraken yes your are so right lauraken. Never will be a more innocent time and what a era. Will never be another quite like it , ever.

  • @lauraken - I am in tears getting nostalgic! This was a very innocent and magical time! This is my all time favorite song! I still sing it to this day. I am so thankful this video posted, since I forgot some of the lyrics. The only other song that I love that Shaun sang - other than Da Do Run Run - the song Holiday was on the flip side to the 45.

  • thanks for posting Holiday. it's one of my favs..so hard to find :-)

  • I literally wonder what ever happened to that 1977 vinyl record I had growing up. Someone on Amazon/E-bay must have a copy of that record.

  • @shaithis45 I still have it. Our family loved Shaun Cassidy and thought he was going to be a huge star.

  • TYVM for posting...never heard this one before!

  • I was so hoping someone would find this; thank you very much.
