  • Yourmexplanation of the spectrophotometer was wrong. It works the other way around : the light goes from right to left on the diagram showed.

  • Very good fast talking made me know the case better and faster ... :)

  • Unfortunately what you say is incorrect. An absorbance of 0.43 does NOT mean that it absorbs 43% of the light. An absorbance of 0.43 means that it absorbs (1- 10^-0.43)*100%, or 63% of the light. Your relationship between absorbance and concentration is correct but your explanation of what absorbance is not. This is not doing others a service!

  • Amazing, I have my lab exam in 2 days and this helped me out ! :) Thanks so much :)

  • too fast... i can barely grasp whats you're saying....

  • very helpful and concise

  • Very good - the fast talking's good

  • thanks for the quick and helpful video! :)

  • BREATH!!!!!! Mother of god that was quick I didn't even understand one thing u said

  • @jbarah05 I understood it perfectly fine. I don't know about you but slow talking makes me either (a) bored or (b) dazed out.

However, I understand your frustration. Things that are not intuitive require a step-by-step process treatment / short lecture/clarification.

  • Stop talking so fast!

  • You explained your instrumental diagram backwards. the diode array detects the transmittance of light through your sample.

  • thanks

  • thank you for posting the video, its really helpful....

  • This videos are so educational and great
