I have a bichon I usually was around his eyes with warm salt water to stop any infection and trim around his eyes but you have to be very careful when you do this, usually the groomers will do this for you x x
When I got my Bichon Frise, he had to take a bath in the sink because he was so tiny! He's name is St. Nicholas because I got him a week before Christmas! I call him Nick :) He's seven now!

Wow! He's pretty good! When I had a dog, he hated baths. When we even mentioned the word "bath", he will actually crouch down and make himself seem heavier and difficult to pick up. xD As clever as he was, his little plan always failed.
@casanovaXchick My bichon had clogged tear ducts...so I got that fixed, and gave her distilled water to drink...that seemed to take care of the problem.
I have a Bichon too (8 mths old) and she looks EXACTLY the same as Snowball when she's taking a bath

@casanovaXchick we just dampen a cotton bud and hold it under the eyes until its sft and then it should wipe away ! x
