This man rules! Owns most of what he has done, and I really appreciate everything. The albums "Moonglow", "Ride On Time", "For You", and "Melodies" all have a nice uplifting adult contemporary sound, similar to what we hear in this song. You got to love it! I can also recommend similar albums by Minako Yoshida - "Light'n Up" (Tatsuro's writing partner), Mariya Takeuchi - "Variety" (Tatsuro's wife. He also produced this), Narumin & Etsu -" Through Traffic ", EPO -" Goodies ", and many many more!

@AndreLindberg I agree totally. I discovered Tatsuro when I was watching a Japanese Drama called Shinzanmono and heard a song by him. After that I was hooked. I love his music and he definitely has been influenced by American Pop artists such as the beach boys. His mix of Jazz and Pop is very refreshing. I can't stand the music they are playing on the radio now so I have to find people like Tatsuro who play music that I like.

Around the years of "Ride On Time", Tatsuro Yamashita could do nothing wrong. It's a big puzzle to me why this man is unheard of outside Japan.
