You can actually shoot when you get the red bag, by pressing the 2nd button on the joystck or Graph button on the keyboard, ya know. (Maybe its a bit late to tell you)
that line is not because you tv is bad it's because the refresh rate hurts for the tv camera don't match. like a computer crt monitor. guessing the tv is 50hz i think over there which means it refreshes the picture 50 time a sec i think. the camera records what 24 FPS so it is catching the tv between refreshes so that kinda makes the line show up it seems.
