guys, you're all wrong, in my opinion. Jack looks worried about Aaron. but he's also very concerned with Kate. Kate isn't using him. but she's depressed, in pain, and maybe even a little drunk. Its obvious that a moment like this has to come along every once in a while so they remember their feelings for each other.

Jack on the other hand, as a man, friend, love, whatever, shouldn't have taken advantage of the situation...she's just as good as drunk, he should have stopped her.
