It still does take a lot of practice and good co-ordination. Wotlk almost take more skill than TBC did, Why? Because the game pace. You can get "WotLK" In a Global cooldown if you're not careful. But yeah, its easy to blow up somebody.

most all Shadow Step talent builds at 70 utilized Hemorrhage. Supporting a slow mainhand (mace / fist / sword) rather than a dagger. Normally all backstab & ambush talents are skipped because they simply aren't used.
