I know, but sometimes, when a character is only a sprite in a game, most art on that character is mainly made up of slight assumptions when it comes to looks. So, as no one has really seen a full image of Koakuma, doujinshi and fan artists are left to assume what she looks like. So, all I'm really saying is that maybe the artist of this animation put their own assumption as to what Koakuma looks like, that's all~ ^^

i have eosd and its not really possible to see her since she is to small. The only thing i can see are red hairs, and a dark dress. But i think i know why she always has wings on pics and videos

Koakuma is sometimes drawn by fans having a pair of black, bat-like wings on her back to match the ones on the sides of her head.

In Inaba of the Moon & Inaba of the Earth chapter 23, she is depicted with two pairs of wings, one on her head and one on her back.
