Hypergolic means 2 chemicals are seperated until trigged. Thepropellants spontaneously ignite when they come into contact.

A oxidizer substance that oxidizes another substance, especially one that supports the combustion of fuel. So when the oxidizer and hydrazine mix, they do so and make this weapon viable in space.

A monopropellant is a mix of chemicals stored in a container, simply put.
