My dad's a factory worker and he listens to not the same but similar stress relief music and during finals week I definitely needed this. I couldn't sleep until 4 every morning and I had to wake up at 6 to get to my finals all week. It was a terrible week, I did nothing but sleep and wish the neighbors would stop partying so I could study. When finals were over, I was wound up so tight and stressed out but I was so tired and stressed that when I had a chance to rest- (see reply comment to this)

@denachan3 I didn't even have the energy to do that. So I remembered my dad's music and did a bit of research and bam, I came acrossed this song. As a broke college student I don't have the spare change just lying around for a CD like this but I'm insanely grateful for having this hear within my grasp on Youtube. After listening to this song twice I was knocked out for a full eight hours sleep that my body desperately needed. Thanks for saving my sanity <3 This seriously works.

I tested my millivolts on a voltmeter while listening to this song. The first seconds in it brings my energy in millivolts up to 1900 (used the 200mv range). That is fantastic. I am impressed. I purchased the cd and will test the other songs. This tells me that it does indeed have restorative properties for the body. My normal millivolts on an average is in the 200- 300 range.
