I say they because, when you have seen Jesus, you have seen the Father. We are the "Bride" of Christ, and can relate to Christ as Adonai. Elohim also means (on YHWH'S side of of the story) One True God. You cannot have One of the Trinity without the other, however because HE is God in three persons, we can enjoy our Father, His Son and His Spirit individually. That's just the way it is. I have Known my Father and Lord Yeshua by some of HIS other names in my life, Jesus (Yeshua) is just like HIS Father, and Holy Spirit testifies of HIM! @19luX92 What I mean't was, the word "god" is an impersonal word because material things can even be a "god". Yes God is Father, and Jesus is Son, and Holy Spirit is Fathers Spirit, I know this. This talk is about NAMES that God uses and goes by. My example is this ; if i call a friend "man" all the time, my friend would eventually want me to call them by name, especially if we are friends. Because "man" is impersonal between friends. That is what I mean't by saying the word "god" is impersonal.

So check Psalm 110:1. The second lord is Messiah. And in Hebrew we have word "ADONI" - human title. Adonai (divine) and Adoni (human) arent exchangeble, there are two different words. Yes, Sarah calls Abraham Lord (capitol shouldnt be here...) but always as HUMAN lord and which word we have in Hebrew? Always ADONI. Why? Because word Adoni is for humans. Adonai is DIFFERENT and its divine title for GOD only.

Every denomination teaches the Word a little differently than the other, that is why I stay away from doctines outside of The Word. I study the Bible for myself, seeking the Holy Spirits guidence of the truth with Holy Spirit discernment. Whether we are young or old when we accept Christ, everyone, including Christians, is born a sinner, and even when we accept Christ we still mess up sometimes. Not only that, but God has every right to judge us, but instead he offers forgiveness. One way or the other, we're all in the same boat when it comes to sin. We are meant to forgive as God does. Judgement will come, but it's not our place to do so ^_^
