@EdTheBadass yeah, like what they had in Avatar...kind of like a suit and you control its movement. Like if you move your arm, that motion will translate into the robotic arm moving, thus enabling you to lift more weight than your body can manage by itself. The exoskeleton of ants works in much the same way with the underlying tissue translating the motion to the exoskeleton holding the weight. Hence it looks miraculous but it is simple physics in nature.
