  • @ethiopianKid1991 Sugar causes problems for lots of people. I feel tired, depressed & angry about 18 hours after eating it. The size of my stool also decreases. I assume that this is due to the sugar increasing the bad bacteria in my gut. 2/3 of the dry weight of the stool is bacteria. It is because people are eating such large amounts compared to the small amount of sugar humans used to get from fruits. I would avoid anything with sugar in it - HFCS, sucrose, dextrose, glucose. • @ethiopianKid1991 I hope so too. Let us know how you do. Larry Hobbs

  • Stadiums, boulevards & airports should be named for Dr. Abram Hoffer.

  • Would like to talk with Janet Downing, please. I am for her and not against her if that helps any. I just have some questions.

  • @MediatorThe

I don't know how to get a hold of her.

I would suggest you call these guys and see if they have her contact info.

Dr. Hoffer died last year, so you might ask them for contact info for Andrew Saul, PhD, who was a good friend of Dr. Hoffer.

I would suggest you email Dr. Saul and ask if he knows how you can get a hold of Janet Downing.

  • Loved it. Thank you.

  • What if the Niacin gives you insomia?

  • @seebistoo

I would call the International Schizophrenia Foundation and ask if they can give you the name of a doctor who does this, and then call him or her what they do about insomnia.
