After "Not Coming Down" we have "Take Me"...the second masterpiece from this album if you ask me...Pure Trance with this particular Ferry's touch wich make it so magical...A big inspiration from Jean-Michel JARRE's music. Those strings after the break are totally "hands in the air" moment. I feel I'm flying so high while listening to this part. Totally addicted to this track as a real Trancelover I am ! Again, Ferry proves he still got this magic touch in him. All my respect and support Ferry !

Ferry Corsten is one of those artists who has a totally unique sound that is instantly recognizable. It's not to say other artists who can't be distinguished from each other aren't as talented and can't put out stellar music, but FC is in a league of his own. Great tune here.

Ferry hasn't produced trance in a pure sense for a while (I would argue even this track isn't straight-up trance). But so what? He's mixed a lot of other genre's together and created his own sound, which IMO is a lot more impressive.

@kyoutenshi It may show flexibility, but I think ultimately trance isn't what it used to be. This won't sell, it won't be a festival anthem, it won't be a club destroyer. Check it Out and Feel it were huge and diverse, played throughout every stem of EDM. My suggestion would be, if he still wants to create this kind of music, release it under a different pseudonym or give it as a free download. He should stick with what he's currently doing.
