Just the way I remember growing up in the late 70s early 80s....God I miss those days! This movie truly captured what it was like growing up then. It's a shame they don't make movies like this anymore.

À L'expo par exemple, en 67 et j'ignore jusqu'à quelle année, il y avait bel et bien un "hymalaya", manège semblable, mais les voitures sont directe sur le plancher au lieu d'être suspendu comme dans le mont-blanc.

The 80's and 90's rocked for La Ronde, and in general. lol The ride at 0:36 was one that I enjoyed greatly as I always went on it countless times per visit (not sure if it's still there, though).
A lot of the previous rides from the 80's looked fantastic, particularly those slides there. Even if they had to remove them eventually, the least they could do is maintain the concept.
i have not been this year but i do agree some of the new rides are and look pertty sweet but like i do whish that they kept some of falt rides like the enterprise cuz that ride is still in places even today like i am pertty sure a six flags theme park has one.
Seriously! We used to have the best flat rides before Six Flags bought the park.
But eventually, these rides get old and so they have to removed them.
Have you been to La Ronde this year? You almost get the impression that the park is missing some decent flat rides. Now roller coasters stand out most, which is also a good thing! The best years of La Ronde were probably in the mid 1980s.
