You only need two birds. Instead of shooting the 2nd bird up and landing it on the roof, just shoot it at the overhang. Use the 2nd bird (the red one) just like the video shows the 3rd bird (the yellow).

Works just fine, destroy all pigs with 2 birds instead of 3.

I did it. I got through. Only 2 stars but I really don't care. By far the hardest level I have done so far. I bombed in the gap of the rear structure with the white bomber bird. That structure collapsed killing both piggies. Then i threw a red bird followed by a yellow bird at the front structure and ended up with a red bird to spare. Total score 78090 and 2 stars. I don't care. Enough.

If you can kill the two right side pigs with the first bomb, then use the red bird to clip the overhanging stone piece. It has the same effect as the yellow bird in this video, and you'll clear the level with plenty of score to spare
