ok #1 skirmish mode is every thing they said it wouldn't b u sit round a objective 4 20 min n as soon as bout 2 finaly capture it it says assemble at the beacon n u have 2 run all over the map n then u gota run back 2 the beacon after u assemble there n then u gota capture it agian, hit n miss there insomniac #2 u get xp from campaign how f in awesome is that #3 they over powered alota sh it like berserks n the nub gun nown as the wraith i still luv it tho 2 thumbs up

Ok if I'm playing offline co-op. is the split screen horizontal or vertical?

I hate vertical split screen! Halo 1 got it right. 1 player campaign and 2 player horizontal co-op split screen.

It might depend because Resistance Fall Of Man had vertical split screen if you where playing on a HD TV and Horizontal if your playing on a standard TV.

Twisted Metal 2 allowed players to choose which way they wanted to play - vert/horz.

If a PS1 game can do that then I would expect a PS3 game to do the same.

That's a good thing. But what is your source for this? I couldn't find anything on split screen for Resistance 2. Can you also confirm that you can do 4 player split screen in offline co-op and in the 60-player battles. Because I really want a first person shooter to play with my friends online, but I don't want to play co-op all the time. Thanks in advance

until they make a rank system and keep giving people personal objectives and unlocks, everything is going to be in the shadow of CoD4, even though 60 players is going to be crazy and Resistance is awesome

Resistance 2 is completely different to COD4. The only thing similar is the cross hair.

60 ppl n a game is 2 much. There has to be quiet a bit of more lag than in Resistance 1. The maps better be huge so that we wont all be close together

60 players is gonna be great. And they have constructed squads and objectives so it isn't mayhem.

yeah, he said that all the ppl won't be cramped together bcuz of the new squads where different squads have different objectives, but u have rival squads 2
