OMG, that looks so good! I remember the "Shepherds" pie I used to eat. I used to call it "Germans Shepherds" pie. Yours actually looks looe restaurant quality. Kerry, you're going to make my kitchen a very very busy place. ;) After the Elvis sandwich, this is the next one.

if your using beef then you should be calling this cottage pie not shepherds pie, shepherds pie contains LAMB and not BEEF. Its not even cottage pie either because you using a pie crust. Mince beef pie i think you should be calling this
