If I may make some suggestions...(i understand this is a rough build so if you're already going to do this then good :) ) I think the text should be a bit larger. I also worry about touching the wrong thing while "scrolling" down as it looks you're doing. I personally like the unofficial touch version which has the arrows on the bottom.

Scrolling seems to be a bit buggy, maybe redesigning the UI for touch á lá TeamWinRecovery? And ofc, a different layout for tablets, this one would be extremely non-efficient for such huge screens.

Awesome but I rarely use recovery to flash manually. Rom manager is my true love but this well be handy is some occasions like wiping cache or restoring data only. Keep it up buddy! Your awesome!

So whats the reason people want touch support for ClockWorkMod? Its like asking for a mouse in a computer's BIOS or Boot menu...

Volume up/down = Scrolling up/down

Middle key button = Select

Powerkey/Screen Off = Back
