The way the president articulates the words it's a sign of dementia in it's early state, memorizing the speech is not the problen the brain is erasing some info and he had some moments of black out, see how he tries to find the correct words and it takes a couple of seconds to analize the words and the confusion, plus the president may be under the influence of some medication, only time will tell and remember where you red it first!! it's a medical condition that can happen to any one.
