windows was bored with the startup and shutdown for windows NT its just the startup reversed for the shutdown. IF you dont believe me, listen to the windows NT startup, now play the shutdown backwards. Sound familiar?

I still remember how surprised I was when I first saw the GUI of Windows 95. But Now, I prefer Linux. Cos I've been tired of their infinite upgrade, which cost a lot $. Linux + Firefox + Google, is my option now.

Windows 95, Ditto with memories. I remember goning to my cousins house around Christmas time in the mid 90's (probably not older than 7 or 8). The computer kept freezing, AOL was always full (could not dial in), and the screen that would freak me out for a good time after; LOGOS.SYS (The orange on black was very freaky)

Man that does bring back memories. To be honest with you guys, it's the windows 95 sound that gave me nightmares. There was something about it that just makes it seem eerie. I don't know why a lot of people think the Windows ME is scary...?

my favorites were the Windows 95 and Windows 98 sounds. i have the Windows 98 sound on my XP computer. and yea the Windows 95 shutdown was correct. my opinion is that Windows 98 was the BEST out of all of the Windows operating systems. XP is the second best.
