@EDINBURGSTAR Thank you, I'm afraid we don't get too many cactus up here but I have been given a jelly made from cactus flowers (I traded some maple syrup for it) and it was yummy. I guess each area has its wild edibles that the people who live there love.
Those wild leeks look delicious. don't know what they are though.
I have been eating Nopalitos (Tender cactus pads) for about two weeks now, my wife love them and so do i.
