@micko9111 Yea I should try a new PR this friday, I attempted 335 last week and almost pulled my bad shoulder out so we will see how it goes this week. Im heading over to check your video right!!!
@Malignantspiritify Yea, I think I can deadlift more but I'm in the process of just working back into due to the fact that I had completly stop doing them. I will be trying for 400 by the 1st of march and I hope to beast it lol!!! Thanks for watching and commenting I really appreiciate!!!
@Malignantspiritify well let me take that back at least by the 1st of march, but the real goal was to be there by the 15th of march. I do deadlifts on tues & friday with friday being my Pr challenge. I hope I can make it!!!
@brettrideout91 I have tried straps but for some reason the straps I have won't let me get a good grip on the bar. I am going to go back to using them, I guess I just have to keep using them so I can get use to them.

you look like you should be deadlifting 405 for 10, not 315 barely... I bet you'll have some high numbers soon
