A look at the comments under their Youtube videos will tell you that people still take it seriously. Sometimes that's almost as funny as their videos and many of the videos amuse me, and I'm rarely truly amused. I think the onion has been a positive influence on my life. If nothing makes you laugh depression isn't far behind.
