I tried it all and I just couldnt do it, but lucky for me I then grew up to have a regular figure. Still, most of my Schooltime I was the fatty and its not like i didnt try. That is when they will begin to learn acceptance and find the other qualities in people. .

Honestly being part of the 'in crowd' at school is hard to. You have to deal with people judging EVERYTHING about you i'm not over weight but i get told i should loose 5 pounds. Besides, if people hate you, there's no real reason to dress up nicely. No one's going to be impressed by it.

i find that "popular girls" don't always necessarily behave like the stereotypical ones above.
theres this new trend in my school where its now being considered cool to actually be NICE to people, at least to some level. ofc, theres always gonna be the fat jokes and the snickering behind someone's back, but most people have the decency to at least only pick on the ones that deserve it. (people who are coincidentally "fat" and "bitchy" at the same time.)

@kandierain15 I live in Ohio. Southeastern Ohio. A little redneck school that I moved to from California when I was in third grade. I was nerdy looking, glasses,braces, long stringy hair. People made fun of me at that age until 8th grade. Summer of 8th grade I changed EVERYTHING about how I looked. I dyed my hair blonde, I joined cross country, I lost a bit of weight, I started wearing fashionable clothing, I got blue contacts, and people started liking me.Coincidence? I think not.

At my middle school the whole 8th grade was divided in cliques . But it wasn't divided upon who's preppy or whatever . It was divided into who's black , white, latino , mexican etc . & who's pretty . If you were so called ugly then you just stood alone no matter what race you are . -__-
