for the person asking how they got the effect with the camera, it looks to me like a brevis or red rock 35mm adapter on either a an XHA1-or HVX and the reason it is jumping around so much is probably because they applied a de-shaker to the video since they are walking around without a steadicam, that causes him to stay center but the edges to move around with in the frame.
