this is one of my favourite movies. But the way the medical staffs transfer the main character to another bed was not correct. In fact, in the hospital, there are orderlies who are specialised in patient transport and are able to transport patient who are much much much heavier than the female main character

I have to warn you though that manyt Koreans discriminate against black (or darker skin), being overweight is looked down upon (that goes for many places anyway considering how anorexia is promoted nowadays), and because the country is 99% homogeneous they may stare at you out of being foreign alone. The younger generations or those who have spent time overseas in say North America may be more open. No offense intended.
