As far as I could tell in the demo, not all of them, only military ones, but then again, your weaponry is slightly limited in the demo. Not a lot of building busters, you know.

yes it has over 100 vehicles, including several helicopter types and plane types.

im notsure about destructable buildings. i'd probably say no, only small buildings would be
