I read about Agritopia from John G. Bruhn's The Sociology of Community Connections. Agritopia was used as a reference of commercial attempt at creating the sense of community, with 'historical looking houses'. Those doesn't look so historical. The problem with modern architecture is that the doorways are too big, industrial. Small hatches and passageways make for a cozy castle, like the Middle ages.
