@ClissaGH Havent seen one *YET* but Wouldnt be too hard to intergrate Clear tubed Tiny FIBER OPTICS into middle length of both sides of a Throwing dagger,The handle would be machined to hold a DC voltage battery and is balanced for throwing even without battery

accually in the movies they had practice sticks that were like 6 feet long and were really thin, then they just animated the sabre, but it is cool how they accually did the fights with like plastic

Mr Makototsai creates lightsaber replicas using strings of bright LED's contained inside the blade. As each LED lights up it creates a scrolling effect as seen in the movies. He most likely lit up a crystal in the lightsaber using another small LED. The sounds were most likely being generated by his awesome soundboard, the SuperOne. So actually... you are wrong, smart guy.
