  • Is there a site where you can download C64 games and play them on your pc?

  • My teacher for the subject French told me and my class, that he jumped over 21 barrels! xDDDD

  • I really loved that game. I don't know how many hours I played it xD

  • i can do that.

  • ahahahaa.....yeeahh....i killed my joystick with th up, down, left , right combos...

  • I remember setting it to 100 barrels and laughing so hard when I inevitably failed. I love the C64.

  • How did you get it on youtube with such clarity?

  • hahaha awesome.

The day that I jumped 17 barrels was one of the happiest of my life!

  • thats where the best games

summer games, winter games, world games

    hulde

  • Still have World Games on Nintendo to this day. I use to always think that 17 barrels were setup so the player will always fail if they choose to jump over them. Didn't think it was possible and 15 was the most I could do.

  • Nice Jump!

  • I made 17 barrels ONCE in ca. 15 years of playin World Games.

I think it is not possible to jump 18.

  • my record is 18 barrels, i kidd you not. i havent played that in like 15 years tho, i think i was 11 or 12 when i got that record.

  • Cant remember what i did, but i was the best of all my friends because og my good technique. What a great game

  • best game ever :-)I had it for C64 and now i downloaded the Wii version...

  • can any one explain to me the controls on this game. i just bought it the other day and the only game i was able to complete was the barrel jumping. it didnt come with a manual and i have no idea how to complete the other games like weight lifting for example. any advice would be much appreciated

  • well, a lot of the games are just simple joystick movements. I can't really go over them much (a couple games still give me trouble and I HAVE the manual somewhere), but as for weight lifting, you need to swap between up and down with good timing. Heavier weights mean you need to have better timing. depending on which kind of lift you pick, the way you do it is different.

  • if you search for Project 64 you'll find a site that offers manuals for many C64 games, also World Games!

  • @kaptentaneel If I recall weightlifting right it was up, down (wait a sec) then back up.

  • I remember I did a 18 barrels on my original C64 in many years ago (I did have the original TAPE version). But not in the emulator I guess.

Cool game elsewice and just got it again on Wii (what a hell did they not delete the records in that version?).

  • cool game, you can download this on the wii now :)

  • in europe, maybe.

  • Ha ha ha ha I'd forgotten about this one. I was complete rubbish at it. Love it.

  • Are you sure that's even possible? I keep trying to perfect the timing but I can't do any better.

  • The weakest of the "Games" library.

  • Good effort. Close shave on that last barrel though!

  • lol very cool, I think the most I ever managed was 14, I wonder if the full 20 is possible.

  • If it is, I haven't found out the right way to get the speed up.
