  • Um... could someone tell me how many reps per day and if it should be done everyday or like Monday(yes), Tuesday(no), Wednesday(Yes)...and like that :|

    Right now since I don't know I've been a week doing 70-80 reps per day.. :|... By the way at the start I kept falling lol I got no balance control at all XD

  • @wow39358...Me too man!! I am only 14...I've been doing the 8 ABS module for like 4 days...I runy a lot...and i already see some excellent results!!

  • ive been using all of these excercises for 18 months now and i am in the best shape of my life. im ripped ive got huge pecks and big arms and im only 13. if you are thinking of using these workouts-do- they make you feel and look great and in just 2 weeks you start seeing results from the 8 ABS module. use it for your own benifit it will pay off in the long run

  • can i ask something :? i got little bit of fat around the waist and chest and legs do you think i will burn that fatness if i do the exercises . i am 17 years old - 175 centimeters - 65 kilograms

  • @pederasii you will burn a bit, but if you really want to burn it away, try jogging for 10-15min and than start on these exercises right after the jogging. i'm 15 years my self and i've just started to exercise, i can feel a difference week after week ;-)
