Hypertension is scarey as fuck! on top of a severe anxiety disorder its torture! my highest reading was 180 over 115. and im 28 and weigh like 310. i got it down some now with bp meds. its like 130s over 90s average. still scarey

I hope everything works out for you. I bought a home blood pressure tester ($40) so I can check mine BP every morning. You may want to do the same. I had to completely cut out caffeine in order to get off the BP meds. Good Luck to you.

But speaking of infections, spend 45 dollars on a waterpik and then go to amazon and get ORAMD tooth treatment. I promise bro, it will turn that shit around without the dentists bs. I have a great bill of health per wieght and dental, but being in Iraq caused my gums to recede a very small tad which lead to pre peridontal with very small pockets. I used it along with many and it took it away.

Don't know if this will help but I helped me lose some weight. Use a slightly smaller fork when eating meals and it will trick you're mind into thinking you are full.
I'm hoping it'll be many decades before that pool cashes in.
A few things you said gave me slight cause for concern. Where you say you want to seriously focus on losing weight, you need to make sure you ease into that gently. Too much too soon with a high blood pressure can be dangerous. Take your time getting into it. Also, one of the best things you can do, reduce the sodium in your diet but don't cut it totally, you need a little.
boogie you seem to be a guy that experiences health problems, i could only assume your diet has a big part to play in your personal health and would really recommend you take on a more natural diet. little things like organic milk bread meat ect. I'de recommend certain natural pills such as astaxanthin to be taken daily, these little wonder pills have proven to improve your all around health(i won't go into details) i do hope you take this short advice and do some research for youself :)

You need to look to the future and ask yourself how long you want to live in this world. You cannot procrastinate. It never works no matter how much you convince yourself it will. You need to start off by just switching to diet soda's (0cals) and drink 2.5L of water per day. If you do those two things alone you will begin losing 3-5lb/week swear to god. I had that tooth infection in my Molar, horrible horrible thing, Couldn't open my mouth or eat anything. I recommend getting some strong antibiotics that penetrates into the bones, because that infection is hard to destroy. Peace out Boogie

My doc put me on Atenolol once. :) It dropped my resting heart rate to 36. He took me off of it pretty quick. :P Make sure you're careful with that stuff. Sorry for the spam.

Don't know if this will help but I helped me lose some weight. Use a slightly smaller fork when eating meals and it will trick you're mind into thinking you are full.

A few things you said gave me slight cause for concern. Where you say you want to seriously focus on losing weight, you need to make sure you ease into that gently. Too much too soon with a high blood pressure can be dangerous. Take your time getting into it. Also, one of the best things you can do, reduce the sodium in your diet but don't cut it totally, you need a little.

boogie you seem to be a guy that experiences health problems, i could only assume your diet has a big part to play in your personal health and would really recommend you take on a more natural diet. little things like organic milk bread meat ect. I'de recommend certain natural pills such as astaxanthin to be taken daily, these little wonder pills have proven to improve your all around health(i won't go into details) i do hope you take this short advice and do some research for youself :)

BOOGIE LISTEN. You've probably heard this before and I'm not being disrespectful. But you need to lose weight. Fast. You need to look to the future and ask yourself how long you want to live in this world. You cannot procrastinate. It never works no matter how much you convince yourself it will. You need to start off by just switching to diet soda's (0cals) and drink 2.5L of water per day. If you do those two things alone you will begin losing 3-5lb/week swear to god.
