If it that simple to pick up a limo for a taxi ride. Than the police want have any trouble doing undercover and charging these guys.

Now lincoln town car limo's are everywhere acting like a taxi. I drive a legal cab in SF and this am actually had a limo idiot arguing with me that a taxi stand was a limo stand!! Limo's cannot pickup unscheduled fares so why would they need a stand?! It is a real slap in our face that the taxi commission refuses to do anything.
